Heritage Talk: Researching Your Family History – Hints And Tips
No matter where you are in the world please join us via Zoom on Saturday 14th November 2026 at 11am GMT for our latest #engleseabrookchapelandmuseum Heritage Talk given by our Heritage Officer, Amy Wilkinson.
If you want to explore your family tree but are not sure where to start this Heritage Talk provides some hint and tips. If you have come across Primitive Methodist ancestors advice is provided on how to use Englesea Brook’s resources to find out more about them. However, if you don’t have Prim ancestors Amy provides more general genealogical research advice based on personal experience from exploring her own family tree.
Amy Wilkinson studied Classical Literature and History at the University of Leeds before going on to complete her MA Museum Studies at the University of Leicester. She now cares for Englesea Brook’s collection as its Heritage Officer.
This is a free event and everyone is welcome.
